Problem
The Smart Irrigation feature is enabled, but it does not seem to be adjusting or skipping schedules based on weather.
1. Check Device Location
Smart Irrigation relies on accurate weather data tied to your device's location. Go to Settings → Device Location and verify that the pin on the map matches where your device is physically installed.
2. Internet Connection Required
Smart Irrigation needs a continuous internet connection to fetch weather forecasts. If your device is offline or experiencing connectivity issues, the feature cannot function and all schedules will run normally.
3. Model Compatibility
Smart Irrigation is available on Wi-Fi (Gardener) and SIM (Farmer) models only. Bluetooth (BLT) models do not support this feature because they lack a persistent internet connection.
4. Review Irrigation History
Open the Irrigation History section in the app. Weather-based skips are logged with a rain icon. If you see recent entries without skip reasons, the feature may not be enabled — check Settings → Smart Irrigation and toggle it on.
