Device Added During Setup Not Appearing in the App

Problem

You completed the setup process and added a device, but it does not appear on the app's home screen.

1. Refresh the App

Pull down on the home screen to refresh. If the device was just added, the app may need a moment to sync.

2. Check Your Account

Make sure you are logged in with the same phone number you used during setup. If you have multiple accounts, the device may be registered under a different one.

3. Setup Completion

If the setup process was interrupted (e.g., the app crashed or you lost connection mid-way), the device may not have been fully registered. Try removing the device from the app (if it appears in Settings) and repeat the setup from the beginning by scanning the QR code again.

4. Contact Support

If the device still does not appear after repeating the setup, take a clear photo of the QR code on the device and send it to our support team. We will manually verify the registration status.
