Overview
Your Grungard device uses LED indicators to communicate its current status. The color and behavior of the LED tell you whether the device is operating normally or if attention is needed.
Gardener (Wi-Fi) Model
- Solid Green: Device is connected to Wi-Fi and operating normally.
- Blinking Green: Device is actively watering a zone.
- Solid Blue: Device is in pairing mode, waiting for app connection.
- Blinking Blue: Device is attempting to connect to Wi-Fi.
- Solid Red: An error has occurred — check the app for details.
- Blinking Red: Device cannot connect to the server. Check your internet connection.
Farmer (SIM) Model
- Solid Green: Device is connected to the cellular network and functioning normally.
- Blinking Green: Active irrigation in progress.
- Solid Blue: Device is searching for a cellular signal.
- Blinking Red: No SIM card detected or SIM is not activated.
- Solid Red: Hardware error — contact support.
BLT (Bluetooth 9V) Model
- Blinking Blue: Device is in Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Short Green Flash: Command received and irrigation started.
- No Light: Device is in sleep mode to conserve battery. This is normal.
What to Do If You See a Red Light
Open the Grungard app and check the device status for detailed error messages. If the issue persists after restarting the device, contact our support team.
